Hello Ste39, I tried to do it with a DI DQ 6ES7 223-1BH30-0XB0, but I miss something when it is time to enable the diagnostic of the module. I can't find a place to enable the diagnostic in the property of the module. If I try to do the same thing with an analog input module, it is as describe in the FAQ you gave. For what I understand of the FAQ, the use of this for the signal module is to detect a missing encoder or the lost of load power. Thanks for the information. Best regards, Hugo |

Hello Hugo, On the bottom of the FAQ is a link for "compatible" modules, I think the diagnostic is not possible with all modules Additional Information More information about diagnostics-compatibleanalog signal modules (SM) and signal boards (SB)is available in the SIMATIC S7-1200 Automation System manual (Entry ID:36932465).

I try to use OB82 as the photo attached and it's working fine, also i used the LED function (it's seem work only with the LED for the CPU) thanks all Regards, Attachmentdiag.zip (335 Downloads) |
