Hello SIOS Forum Community, We are often asked how defective licence keys or authorisations can be restored. In this case, a Support Request ticket must be opened for Technical Support. The creation of a support request via telephone or e-mail is no longer possible here. The prerequisite for this is the order number and proof (photo or scan) of the Certificate of License (CoL) or the original data carrier of the lost License Key. The procedure for recovery is described in the following SIOS article.
