Rid of multiple duplicate messages

Hello,

One of forum member sent me Personal message, but I receive same topic102 messages. If I have to delete those duplicate messages, I need to open individual message & then delete it individually, which is boring task. Does any one know how to get rid of this issue?

there is no functionality to leave multible messages. Think this isn't a standard use case.  We are going to clarify how we could be for assistance.

TechTeam verified, that there are a lot of duplicate messages.
Admin was able to fix the issue.The duplicate one shouldn't be visable anymore.
