RTD Module Problem

Dear belbra

I suggest first you disconnect all sensors from module, then check the parameters of module in hardware config to be adjusted correctly, 

then check module connection with CPU and other modules to make sure it is OK

then turn on your power supply (so CPU and modules are energized) in this state module should have no error (or maybe a simple error for sensors are not present) , 

then instead of connecting PT100s , I suggest connect a normal copper wire in the input terminals of module , in this case you should have no error and read a value from your module inside PLC (while this value is not correct) but you should have no error on that channel

If everything goes well , then connect your sensors one by one , if there is no error go to next sensor , otherwise try to remove the error (now you know that the sensor or its connection method has a fault).

In diagnostic buffer of the CPU also you can read the cause of any fault happen in CPU and modules.

Always in such kind of problems try to advance step by step to fine the problem.
