RTU ACP/ CP-2017 FAULT HLT and FLR

Hello,

We have equipment Siemens AK 1703 ACP

CP-2017 is getting failed Firmware upgrdation of required to the system

WE have fault  HLT and FLR IN CP 2017

in diagnosis the System element showing A Mode.

in TOOLBOX we have this message : there is no or wrong system element equipped 

Is there a possibility of repair
