S120 Profibus telegram configuration error

Hi everyone,

We've encountered a problem during commissioning some S120 drives.

On a CU320-2 DP we have two motor modules, but we couldn't establish communication with the PLC with both of them, only the first one.

I attach some screen shots, hope someone can guide us in solving this problem.

Hello ChristophD and thank you for your support. I'm actually the guy in trouble so let me take over the topic.

We only supplied the VFDs in this project so I only have a STARTER project with no direct link to Hardware Config from Step7

I do know that the master PLC side is configured corectly because if I keep only one drive object in the telegram but with double size (16in, 16 out), I can see and send the parameters that should have been ment for the second drive.

Even if I change the order of the drive objects in the telegram it's always the same, only the first one gets valid offsets.

If it helps, I have a Starter 4.5.1.0, and Sinamics S120 system  with 2CPU's where one CPU controls the infeed and 2 drives, the other CPU controls other 2 drive.

Found the problem. the mistake was on the PB master's side. It was a S7-400 PLC and was  missing an Axis separator between the telegrams. That's why it worked with a double telegram for the first drive in the first place.

I also figured out that the PZD offsets are actually diagnostic data coming also from the master more or less.
