S120 SPEED NOT VARYING LINEARLY THROUGH PLC CONTROL IN MDI MODE

DEAR ALL, I am using CU320-PN, WITH FOUR PM340, CU231, IFK7 servo motor in multiaxis mode, all drive commissioned with basic posistioning mode(MDI Setpoint), 1revolation = 10000LU I assigned. now i am controling the drive through plc, when i move velocity set point 1000 from plc motor is runing with 100rpm same like this ratio it is going up to 5000 setpoint and 500rpm. above this set point if suppose i move 6000 from plc it is going less than 400rpm and it is keep on deceresing when i increase above 5000 setpoint. maximum velocity setpoint is 30000lu/min. motor type: 1kf7, synchronus motor. i kept maxumum speed 1082 now 7200rpm(default). in expert list p2643velocity setpoint's unit mentioned 1000lu/min now in plc how i have calculate velocity setpoint to drive because customer asking me in mm/s fromat. please somebody help i attached my starter backup also somebody will help. with thanks, v. dhinagaran.
