S7-1200 & KRC5

Hi.

I have an S7-1200 and Kuka KRC5 that I am trying to connect via Profinet. I haven't used the Kuka robot before and am having some trouble with the connection.

I can use TIA Portal V17 to assign a Profinet name to the Kuka, see attached, and this updates on the robot. However, when I go to the Diagnostic Status it shows as Not Reachable.

Has anyone else come across this that might be able to share some advise on what I am doing wrong? I believe I have the configurations set to match so I am not sure what else this might be.

are there other CPUs / PROFINET controllers in the same project and is the KRC5 assigned to the correct one?

Thank you for the suggestions. Yes, I have installed the correct GSD file. There is one PLC in the project and it is assigned to that one.

I cannot understand how it can show up in an accessible devices search but still show as Not Reachable in Diagnostics.

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
