Hi all, I am trying to connect a 1214 CPU to an external program (MATLAB) over TCP. I have programmed the TSEND_C block in the PLC then setup the properties for an unspecified partner and put in my PC's IP address in and used port 2000. When i set the CONT input to true the busy singnal also goes true, when i setup matlab to connect to the IP address it cannot connect to port 2000, the connection times out. Also when i do a port scan on the PLC the only ports open are 21 (FTP) and 80 (web server), should port 2000 not be open since i have set the CONT input to true? I am connected straight from my PC to the PLC, no router/switch etc. I have also attached a pic of the TSEND_C properties.If anyone has any pointers it would be much apriciated!
