s7 1215c memory card absent but error code 16# 02:4175 appears

mdm Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	I have the some problem with a cpu 1215C v4.2 hd = 5. I'm using tia portal v14 sp1. The message on diagnostic buffer is: CPU Error: Memory Card Error: Version of Configuration Description unknown CPU or incompatible CPU. ID event: 16# 02:4175 Hardware component unavailable due to a parameterization error ID event: 16# 02:3956 My hardware configuration is cpu 1215C + cm1241+ sm1223+ 3 sinamics v90 pn No memory card installed Is absolutely impossible to download any configuration. When i try to dowload appears a message, impossible the download caused by the state of cpu. What could i do? Thank you very much.
