farra Advanced Member Joined: 10/11/2006 Last visit: 6/12/2024 Posts: 96 Rating: (2)	Dear everyone, Recently, I faced a problem with CPU416-2 that suddenly communication with dp slaves as well as Ethernet got stopped. On checking the CPU found all led's are flashing. Only by making power off/on reset, the problem got cleared and was able to start the CPU again. While checking the diagnostic buffer found error message: defective: cancelled by watchdog/procesor execution No Relevance for USer: f041 0000 0000 defective:internal fault with No Relevance for USer: (Z1): b3c1 (Z2):280C (Z3):0000 The help on this error says: 1. Try to power off/on CPU or remove cpu from rack and reinstall again if it works otherwise replace CPU 2. contact manufaturer with the "No Relevance for USer" codes Any body faced similar exeprience? How to contact Siemens with the codes? Thanks
