Dear all, I am herewith enclosing the diagnostic buffer of S7400 H. One of the SM322 module is showing RED SF and F1,F2,F3,F4 LEDs ON indicating fault with the module. I wish to confirm whether the fault is HW or anything else. Suggest me. Nazeer Attachment52 comp. Diagnose.zip (73 Downloads) |

Dear Nazeer.khan, There are few things which you can look into first before changing to a new card. 1] ensure the bus connector of the SM322 card while you insert don't spoil or bend the connection pin. 2] ensure the supply is enough i.e 24Vdc. 3] disconnect all external connection from the SM322 card and left only the power supply wiring and see whether thecard still gives you fault indication. 4] Also take a look at this link which contain various cards wiring connection http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/8859629 hope this helps! with regards, how come? |
