safety matrix Error after changed only a speling

I have changed only a speling in cause description of safety matrix and then transfer, compile and download to PLC. but after that the safety matrix just open and show the table but stock at "waiting for matrix info...."

how can i fix this. ( all system configuratio are the same as what it was, PCS7,ver 7.1, SP4)
