Denilson Pegaia Platinum Expert Joined: 9/23/2005 Last visit: 11/4/2024 Posts: 4351 Rating: (1452)	Hi, one of the inovations of the SP1 for STEP7 V12 (Released for Delivery at http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/de/76276623) is the possiblity to simulate someCPU to CPU communication. Once GET PUT communication is very popular, I post here a sample program about it. TIP: Diferently to S7-200, 300, 400 and 1200, it is necessary to set in theServer CPU the CPU property: "Protection -> Connection mechanisms -> Permit access with PUT/GET communication from remote parter (PLC, HMI, OPC, ...)" to enable this type of communcation Note: thanks to Mr. Andreas Hoho for the TIP Attachment C:\Users\z0008iwv\Documents\Bluetooth Exchange Folder\GetPut.zip (6753 Downloads)

Can you make an example programm for that as well? I'm getting the failure: Faulty: Configured static ISO-on-TCP connection. Connection is disconnected (either because no connection attempt was ever made or after disconnecting). See also as an attachment the printscreens. And in both cases youwould need to download your configuration into bothPLCs. As I can see from the jpg youconfigured the connection so that both PLCs are supposed to utilize the configuration information. Therefore it's necessary to download the configuration information into both PLCs. Note that you wouldhave the alternativeoption to configurea onewayconnectionon the 1500 PLC only (because there you programmed the access to the 400 PLC). In this case the checkbox "oneway" would be marked with a cross. If you choosed this option you wouldn't need to download the configuration of the connectioninto the second PLC.

So my S7-400 is configured in Simatic manager with S7-communication, and the S7-1500 is configured in TIA Portal without the S7-communication. Thnx for the help. Greetings, Paul
