SFC20 - what parameters to assign when calling it?

Hi All

I'm new to s5 to s7 migration , I have a problem with FB3 (send), I've posted the s5 code below and an example of when it's called on the s5. I've also posted how it's been converted on S7. Based on the posts I've seen in this forum I can replace this entire code using SFC20 but I do not know what parameters to assign when calling it. Your help will be much appreciated.
