SFC20 with Embended STRUCT in a UDT

I need to define a UDT as an IN_OUT parameter. One structure of this UDT needs to be copied into a structure in Static area(.TX part). The other Structure of the UDT needs to be written from its match in the Static area(.RX part). The 2 structures in the Static area will need to work with SFC14/SFC15. I tried to SFC20 to do the copy job into/from the static area, but it seems not like the DOT in the source and destinamtion input. Is there any easy way around this problem? Ebrahim_1 Posts: 79 Rating: (1)	just have the source pointer and have it point to the first address of the first structure. and have a desitnation pointer that points to the address of the destination structure. Do not use dirct addressing do it symbolically!

In SCL this would work:- Defs VAR_TEMP pSRC : ANY; pDST : ANY; END_VAR Code pSRC := MyStruct1.aMember; pDST := MyStruct2.aMember; RetVal := BLKMOV(SRCBLK:=pSRC, DSTBLK:=pDST);
