SICAM PAS - Redundancy Issue

Hi all

We are struggling to enable system redundancy with the following configuration (shown below). Basically, the Control-Center has only one Ethernet Port. But the SICAM PAS units must have system-based redundancy. The issue is that when we try all possible configurations, the link is not stable and the Primary - Standby systems switch continuously.

In addition, we have the requirement to configure the same IP address to both PAS systems (as the Master IEC-104 Control Center can only communicate with only 01 IP Address). So another problem is how to do this without creating an IP Address conflict on the network.

Can you please suggest a way to get this done?

you can configure the three type redundancy 
1- system redundancy 
2- interface redundancy 
3- full redandance

Thank you for your answer! We actually need to implement this so that the interfaces have the same IP address + connected to the same network

Normally, when 02 devices having the same IP address are connected to the same network, there will be an IP address conflict issue.

So how can we implement this in PAS in such a way that only one interface is UP at any given time?

you have to entre the computer name and ip address of the redundant machine
this data also has to be entered into the HOSTS files of all PAS computers
