SiePortal doesn't work on my computer

In case of an emergency, please reach reach out to you dedicated contact person or on application-uhd.industry@siemens.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I tried delete cookies certifications, flushdns, renew ipconfig, reset webbrowser, reboot computer, webbrowser secret mode etc... i did everything i can find in internet. and i tried to access in VMware but failed If I use another computer, it works with same account. I just sent a mail to Siemens for solution, but I think she/he dosen't know solution because she/he doesn't reply anymore. please help. Attachment dd.png (22 Downloads)

I have encountered this error on occasion, but was able to log in later. Although I understand from what you say that the problem is in the PC, what OS do you use, have you tried another web browser? If nothing works, I would contact them again to see if they have found similar cases to yours.

To find the cause of the problem and avoid this problem in the future, we are interested in learning what you searched for, which OS you used and which URL you entered? Alternatively, you could share the Mail-Subline or Ticket-ID you send to application-uhd.industry@siemens.com via personal message. I will try to get more details in that case. The SiePortal team is constantly working on optimizing SiePortal. Unfortunately, improvements can lead to temporary, unforeseen disruptions like in your case and we apologize for any inconveniences this is causing!
