simatic manager conflict between step 7 and DIGSI softwares

i faced problems when i installed step 7 software after DIGSI software, the problems are:

1- i can not even open DIGSI software.

2- problems in step 7 software.

important notes:

a. DIGSI is a SIEMENS software for siprotec protection relays.

b. Both step 7 and DIGSI are build or operated through SIMATIC Manager platform.

- Which version of DIGSI?

- What version of Windows OS?
