Simocode block shows err_no1 , physically no error signal

Dear experts,

In my pcs7 program, smc_direc block shows err_no1, but there is no error signal.

Actually, once simocode tripped due to block chute. After clearing the block chute plant run without any issue..but error is not get cleared as err_no1.also new errors are not updating in the scada ocm symbol.

Plant is running without issues, but errors not updating in ocm block.Please find attachment for further information.
