Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (484)	Hi, Check the mechnical load....remove the motor outside and check any errors are present...if motor runs fine then mechnical part need to be checked. If it is vertical motor check the brake is getting released properly. Note: If it is absolute encoder position will get loss.... As I guess--his problem very possible from mechanical side. if you need help, you can post here detail information , your m/c type, Control type -( guess He had 802D) and all error # cmyers Did you get an answer on this? I am currently experiencing the same problem Hello, 131 error code significance is following error too high. Means position set point is not achieved & error between set point & feed back is too high. It is mainly because of mechanical problem. 135 error code significance is standstill monitoring. It means axis could not be held at position. Please check the bearings of drive transmission of axis.
