Have you set P98 = Power section supply voltage, P99, etc. etc.?

Have you followed start up procedure as explained in chapter 5.5 page 60?

Please set the parameters, follow the start up procedure as explained in manual.

F47 = 2 or more thyristors not able to triggered. Please check the motor armature connection connected properly at drive, check fuse if any at motor armature circuit, check the power interface module connections, thyristor gate connections etc. etc.

thank 's for quick replay,i check all components of electronic components,all is ok.when i connect 16 to 18 terminal (command start /stop switch)input of power side fuse blown and for protection I series 5 lamp 220w series with armature WIRES AND NOW WHEN I RUN CONVERTER F47 APPEAR IN DISPLAY(MOTOR SHAFT LITTLE ROTATE).I DON'T KNOW WHAT DOING TO TEST DRIVE.PLEASE HELP ME.

How power to field & armature circuit is connected?

What capacity fuse links are connected at armature AC & DC side?

Have you set the field current? First set the field current as per motor rated name plate in your case 0.6 Amp. When appling X:17 & 18 signals check that motor field is ON.

Once again have you followed the startup proceed explained in manual starts at page 60. First set the field current, then follow the procedure & apply sequentially Power ON & controller enable signals i.e. first X:17 & then X:18 (not both simultaneously)

Set E39=1. Thyristor check.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE SET UP PROCEDURE AS EXPLAINED IN MANUAL STEP BY STEP. NOTE DOWN THE FAULTS TRIGGRS IF ANY DURING THIS PROCESS. PLEASE CHECK THE DISPLAY STATUS AS EXPLAINED IN MANUAL AT EVERY STEP.

Hello sinumerkreza,

From your circuit, 230 Volt supply is directly connected to drive, which should not be. You need to apply this power thru contactor which is controlled from K2 relay of A2 card. Power should be applied to drive only after enabling X:17 & X:18 comand i.e. drive start. & CR. 

Please refer the modified circuit in attachment.

Set the field current first & check as per procedure explained in Start up.
