Sinamic V20,inverter inhibited(r0002=6)

Hello:

in my project I've used the SINAMICS V20 drives are to be controlled by a SIMATIC S7-1200
via the RS485 interface and using USS protocol(exactly the same as Siemens manual: Simple Speed Control of a V20 with S7-1200/1500 Using the USS® Protocol,https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/fr/en/view/109480894 )

my problem is when i choose -cn010 as connection macro(USS control) and set its parameters,Inverter status r0002 become 6 (means:Inverter inhibited)

so when I download and online the program there is no fault on the USS_Port_Scan and USS_Drive_Control and it doesn't work

please help me

Whats the control word which you're sending to the inverter?

The inhibit is usually active because OFF2 and/or OFF3 is active and those are active low.
Please make sure that you're setting the correct bits. You can check it in r0052 (Active status word 1).

I've just selected -cn010 and set the parameters as manual said:

P0700[0]=5

P1000[0]=5

P2023[0]=1

P2010[0]=6

P2011[0]=1

P2012[0]=2

P2013[0]=127

P2014[0]=500

and of course I've set the same parameter in the software....but it doesn't work,

also I watched some video on YouTube that they did everything like me

I did it before(P2010=8) but it didn't work.

I think my problem is not because of control word,to be sure i just remove the connection(RS485) and factory reset the drive,after set motor parameters as soon as i choose -cn010 the r0002 shows 6(inhibited)

How you st factory reset. Set P0010 = 30 & P0970 = 1.

After setting motor rated parameters, have you carried out motor identification? Please set P1900 = 2.

After changing P2023, power cycle the inverter. During the power cycle, wait until LED has gone OFF or display has gone blank. Then switch off the power & again re-apply power.

Now check the working of cn010

Set P2023 = cn010. Set P0971 = 1. This will transfer RAM parameters to EPROM. Communication will be changed from factory default to user defined, switch OFF inverter power. Again switch off the power check parameters, LED status as explained in earlier post. 

Unless & until, communication is changed from factory to user fefined macro, it will not be possible to adopt the new cummination method.

Also check r0054/r2036 bit status which will help you to identify OFF2, OFF3 status. Also check bit 10 of first word must be 1.

 No,It's not working ,I did all  procedure as you said but r0002 still remain 6.

What is the status of r0054/r2036 when r0002=6?
