sinamics g120 cu240e parameters

sotos Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have an inverter sinamics g120 cu240e and i want to tern left and right a siemens asychronous motor with delta connection and characteristics: three phases input, 230V-> delta, 5,9A ->delta, 1,5kw, cosphi 0.820, 50Hz (Europe) and 1420 rpm. I want to control the motor via digital inputs of sinamics. I want to send '1' with my plc to 5th terminal of sinamics (DI0) and start the motor (5 Hz) and after this i want to send '1' to 6th terminal of sinamics (DI1) and reverse the motor (-5 Hz). So, i want to reverse my motor without first to stop it.Cansomebody send me the parameters which i must change in the inverter to do this? I tried to make it with the parameters p0700=2, p0701=16,p0702=17, p1000=3,p1001=5Hz, p1002=-5Hz but i didnt succeed. Cansomebody send me the truth table for the fixed frequensies and the digital inputs? Regards and thank you very much, Sotos

Default settings are: P700=2 P0701 = 1 P0702 = 12 P0703 = 9 P0704 = 15 P0705 = 16 P0706 = 17 P1020 = 722.3 P1021 = 722.4 P1022 = 722.5 With this settings you can use DI0 to set the enable bit for the drive and with DI3;DI4;DI5 you select the setpoint. Now you have configure P701 to 16 and overwrite the enable bit so the drive can't use the selected fixed setpoint because the enable bit is missing. Regards Christoph

sotos Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hi! I still have the problem. I have the FW Version 3.1. I have connected only the terminal 5 (DI0 for ON/OFF) and terminal 6 (DI1 for Reverse)with the PLC. So, the terminals take 24V from the PLC and not from the terminal 9 of inverter. Is this a problem?Now i don't use the fixed frequencies butthe MOP frequency (5 Hz) and ihave the same problem. When i give '1' to the terminal 5, the motor turnsand if i give'1' in the terminal 6, the motor stops.If i give '1' only in the DI1 the motor turns in the same directions with the DI0.I attached an image of thefunktion which i want to have. All the other terminals are disconnected. P1000=1 (for the MOP frequency= 5Hz) P0700=2 (command source from terminals) and all the other parameters arewith the factory settings My target is:DI0->'1'and DI1->'1' =-5Hz. DI0->'0' and DI1->'1' =0Hz DI0->'1'and DI1->'0' =+5Hz DI0->'0' and DI1->'0' =0Hz ps: i cannot find the r0046 in my inverter. Why? Thanks in advance, Sotos Attachment Untitled2.jpg (580 Downloads)
