Sinamics S120 communication problem

Hi,

We're experiencing problems with Sinamics S120 Profibus communication.

We have a 316-2DP PLC and Sinamics S120 connected through a Profibus network. The system is supposed to run a single synchronous Siemens motor (1FK7) (via Smart Line Module). In Step 7 / HW Config the newtork is configured as follows: the PLC (Profibus address is 2, master) and the Sinamics S120 (address 10, slave). The telegram being used is Standard telegram 2 (4/4 PZD). HW config „sees“ the slave as PIW 264-271 and PQW 260-267. The configuration in the Starter is also configured (the correct address and the BICO free telegram used to control the motor).

Basically the problem is that we cannot write to output addresses through the PLC. Trying to read anything from PIW 264 (either with load commands in OB1 or monitoring inputs in VAT) results with a SF error on the PLC. We manage to get the STW1 through SFC14, but again cannot write the CTW through SFC15.

Starter should be configured correctly being so that the motor can be ran and regulated from it.

We have ran out of ideas and any help is most useful,

Look at this example.( Toolbox SINAMICS S120 V1.2 / S7 Function blocks ) Maybe you missed something... The other point is - when CPU goes in SF , did you check the reasons in diagnostic buffer of CPU...
