Sinamics s120 F07990 motor data identification failed

Hello,

I'm trying to do a motor commissioning but every time that I try to do a stationary measured, this failure trips. if i run ths motor without doing any measure, it trembles.

The cause of the is 101

I have changed p640 and 1715 but without success. 

It's maybe because the motor isnt ok? which the next step?

i willl appreciate any help

Well,

I had something similar during retrofit works approx. one year ago.

In my case there was a contactor between Drive output and Motor and I had Motor shaft trembles during operation.

The contactor was used by safety reasons and so forth.

As far as I understood the nature of my issue, that there was not simultaneous switching Drive output pulses and contactor itself.

In other words the Drive sees its load a little late as it should be.

So you need either exclude the contactor or achieve timely switching on of  the contactor.

You need switch the contactor just before Drive pulses activation.
