Hi Mike J… J THANKS Thanks for your information, I already solve incorrect compability key by following your entire clue (ATTACHMENT pic1). And it is work… But I found another problem. SIGNAL NOT VALID After I check on sicam pas value viewer, on the 10th siprotec, frequency reading is not valid, and the value is zero (ATTACHMENT pic 2). Still in sicam pas value viewer, I also check the reading from another siprotec, and the reading is valid (show 49HZ, ATTACHMENT pic 3). I check the sicam pas configuration for the frequency signal in sicam pas for siprotec 10 (ATTACHMENT pic 4) and other siprotec (ATTACHMENT pic 5), and I found that they are same . Then I open the DIGSI file, I open the IEC61860 station (ATTACHMENT pic6), and I found the signal, means that it is already recognize by IEC61850 station (isn’t?). I check the IEC61850 object properties, on the tab communicator, I found that the 10th siprotec already there also (ATTACHMENT pic7). Still in DIGSI file. Then, I right click the 10th siprotect, and open the object properties, in communication parameter, I check that the IED name is already matching with sicam pas, and matching with IEC61850 station (ATTACHMENT pic8). Then I open the 10th siprotec, and open the configuration matrix, in field frequency measurement, I open object properties, then I open tab IEC61860, I found that the (LD/LN/DO) is (MEAS/MMXU1/Hz). Actually, it is default name provided by DIGSI. And it is same with information I found in the sicam pas configuration (ATTACHMENT pic9) Is there something that I missed? Some setting or checklist? Dear coach Mike, As per your suggestion, I connect online to DIGSI, and check DIGSI general interrogation. I found that all indication can be read (ATTACHMENT pic10). Then I open the operational value, there I found that the siprotec device show 50.2Hz (number 00644 in first column), and is continuously update its value, as the real frequency changes (ATTACHMENT pic11). Information on Spontaneous Annunciation, show that the clock synchronization running without issue (ATTACHEMNT pic12). Then about single or double information, I found in DIGSI matrix the type is Measured value (is it means something? I don’t know, but information below can explain further, the iec browser help me so much). IEC BROWSER This morning, I get new IEC BROWSER 2.02 from my friend in czech rep (Good news, because the previous version 2.01 cant work in my PC). And then I open the 10th siprotec in IEC Browser by importing SCD file, I found that the frequency is 50HZ (ATTACHMENT pic13). And the data object has type Float (4[4]) So, Is it mean that the data already transferred by 10th siprotec? If yes, is that mean that I should check the sicam pas configuration?
