Hello RJS71, the FB error 1 can have several reasons: 1. DB SCALE or DB VECTOR are missing or have the wrong length. Please check the DB no. at the parameter DB_SCALE and DB_VECTOR. Check with the GettingStarted project, if you have a loss in weight scale http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/26046093 or if you have a belt scale http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/21063615 2. In your screen shot it looks as if the parameter REF_COUNT is 0, this parameter should show a counter that counts the Siwarex FTC cycles from 0 to 127 and starts again from 0. This parameter should change every 10ms. If it is static there might be a problem wird the parameter ADDR, check with the HW-Config if the address of the Siwarex FTC is the same than the one at parameter ADDR. 3. Application ID in DR9 is wrong. Check if the Parameter START_UP is 0 and in DB_SCALE you should check the string DR9 s_APPL_ID_DATA.s_PROD_INFO at the beginning there should be “CONT”. If this is not the case, your CPU might be an old one and doesn’t support the SFB52/53 for reading/writing data records. You should open a Support Request https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?func=cslib.csinfo&lang=en&objid=38718979&caller=view the guys will help you. In some cases it helps if you rest the START_UP parameter. 4. If you copy the program another CPU you should generate a new instance DB for each Siwarex FTC call. 5. Sometimes it helps to reload the HW-Config to the CPUFor further diagnose it would be helpful to have the diagnose buffer of the CPU. Please open a support request https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?func=cslib.csinfo&lang=en&objid=38718979&caller=view and send the information’s. Regards ABenno |
