Sm@rtClient connection failure

AutoGen_4672124 Joined: 12/14/2023 Last visit: 3/21/2024 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi everyone, I am looking for help regarding the problem while using a Web Server to remotely connect to the HMI Comfort Panel. I can ping the HMI from the PC which I use for remote connection. I did all the steps mentioned in this file: https://cache.industry.siemens.com/dl/files/153/109476153/att_1016774/v3/109476153_Remote_Panels_Webserver_V16_DOC_en.pdf The problem starts after logging in to WebServer. When I press the Sm@rtClient icon connection fails. You can see the attached screenshot. Does anyone see a mistake or do I have to do something more?
