Hello, Please tell us if the softstarter was runing and sudenly, it stoped and it can not start? If that happen, this means that there is a failure or error you have to eleminate it first and reset the softstarter and then operate again. To reset the softstarter, you have to disconnect the 24 V DC and reconnect again. May be there is an over load happen. I am only gussing but if you want to be sure, when this case happen, look on the failure led in the front of the softstarter. Also I do recommend to measure the output current and you can use multimeter with maximum function as it can fetch the max. current followed in it to know whether there's an overload or not. Here's attached a data sheet for 3RW softstarter, please look into the flowchart of the quick commissioning regarding to the type of the load and follow the instruction to fine tune your softstarter settings. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/26378636 Regards, |
