Some question about PCS7

Hello bro, I have two question about PCS7, please help me, thanks:

1. Can pair of redundant OS server install on different version Windows Server, eg. one install 2016, one install 2019 (or it need the same version)??

2. In alarm logging (PCS7 V9.0 SP1), time of alarm logging in OS not the same with PC time, compare +- 15 minutes, why it wrong??

1. Ideally, they have to be same OS, same configuration

Even the information system suggests the same

2. Time Synchronization.

You have to do the Time synchronization in order to get the alarms in same time stamp between AS, OS and clients.

The alarm timestamp comes from the cpu as UTC and the time is shown on the OS as UTC + timezome of windows.
