SP305 battery can't be recognized

Good evening.  We have 2 PG M3, I managed to update the BIOS of both, but one is not installing the ME from Intel.  However, the SP305 battery has not yet been recognized in both.  Could you help me with what I should do to recognize the battery?  The battery had been waiting for an update for 1 year. 

Version BIOS 14.01.07 - installed

ME Intel - last version installed

sometimes recognizing the battery takes some time (minutes), especially when they are deeply discharged. I hope the SP305 battery is not damaged.

In case you have a newer PG type (M4, M5...) you can try to charge the battery there. After the battery is charged you can put it back into your M3. It should recognize the battery now.

1. Completely power downthe laptopand removethecord fromthecomputer.
2. Flipthe laptopover.
3. Push onthe batteryrelease button or buttons to releasethe batteryformthecomputer and removethe battery.
4. Power onthecomputer withoutthe battery, allowing it to boot completely.
