We think with "No de polos = 2" means we have 1 pole pair?! With an Active Line Module AND encoder we can reach 800Hz output frequency with S120 Servor (Booksize)and 125µs current cycle. With a line module and 62,5µs current cycle we can reach nearly 1400Hz output frequency with Sinamics S120 Servo (Booksize). |

Thanks for your Reply, Yes, "No de Polos = 2" means: 2 poles or 1 pole pair. -What can I do to Achieve this 800Hz or at least 767Hz if I´m not Using Encoder?? -A Load Reactor will be Necessary for this application?? -Do we have a current derating when werun S120 at this Highfrequency? Thanksa lot for your help. Regards. |

Hello, without encoder, the pulse frequency must be at least 6 times higher than output frequency and the current controller must be at least 12 times faster. So with 125µs current controller and 4kHz you will reach amaximum of 666Hz. When changing to 62,5µs and 8kHz pulse frequency you can reach 1333Hz. The derating for 8kHz can be found in the catalogue or equipment manual (e.g. 0,7 for blocksize power modules). In case of booksize modules you have also the possibility to change the sampling times in expert mode to values between 62,5µs and 125µs. For example 100µs would lead to a pulse frequency of 5kHz and so 833Hz could be reached. For operation with encoder feedback the factors are 5 between maximum output frequency and pulse frequency and 10 between maximum output frequencyand current controller sampling time. |
