Starting programs from the runtime

i created a little asp.net program to serve files like pdf's which i want to view in the HMI (because the browser control only supports https content). For that purpose i used the startprogram funtion to launch the server when the main screen is loaded. Unfortunately this doesn't work as expected. If i launch the program manually, i can reach the server, but if i use sthe startprogram function the process shows up in the taskmanager but i can't reach the server. I noticed this behaviour with other programs to, basically this funtion isn't useable.

The reason is probably the security. IIRC the processes are started as LocalService which has the fewest possible permissions. The user might be different if you do this from the Scheduled Task or from a Screen.

You can see the user when you add the user column to your TaskManager.
