switching between Speed and Torque loops from Tia

We need to switch between Speed control and Torque control while the machine is running. How can we do that from the plc? Together with a position-controlled motion job, a "Travel to fixed stop" can be realized with the fixed stop detection. In the axis configuration, you can configure whether the force/torque limiting is to relate to the drive side or the load side. Ziemens Silver Member Joined: 3/2/2007 Last visit: 11/18/2024 Posts: 948 Rating: (5)	Actually, this is a continuous rotating cylinder, with not stop, which should start in Speed loop, to read the actual torque while the web tension is good. After that, it will run with Torque loop using the above actual torque as Torque setpoint. Should we use the "8.17.2 MC_TorqueRange" for this application? or something else?
