SneakyFloki Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	Hi Im installing the STEP Professional SP1 for v13.0 in a win7 virtual machine and at te beginning of the process when the package is extracting the files he never star to extract :(. Can take 3 hours and the charge bar who show the extracting proces its empty like the first moment. I have this problem with the others sp1 updates from v13. help mee! thx for your attention

SneakyFloki Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	Cant find a folder "logfiles" in this rute or a report/diagnostic folder I tried to extrac the zip file by myself ut he took 4 hours for extract and after click on the .exe but he started to extract again and stopped like before
