TIA V13 does not display any accessible device

@CIONCO Bronze Member Joined: 1/17/2013 Last visit: 5/3/2024 Posts: 136 Rating: (23)	Hallo guys me and my collegue are struggling with the same problem with TIA V13, there is no way to detect any accessible device in the PN subnet. Wwe both are using the same PC a HP Zbook (W7 64 Bits) featuring an Intel(R) Ethernet Connection I217-LM card, it's working well with S7 but anytime we try to display the accessible devices from TIA functions we cannot se any device (by the way we can ping all the devices). I took a look on the web and i've seen we are not alone, other people faced the same problem with a lot of different solutions, could anyone help us? tks in advance

Hello, can you post a screen which settings do you mean? Note that TIA no use the settings from the PG/PC Settings in Windows Control Panel, this settings only used for HMI Simulation or WinCC RT but not for Online Access in TIA Portal! Regards Christoph

@CIONCO Bronze Member Joined: 1/17/2013 Last visit: 5/3/2024 Posts: 136 Rating: (23)	First at all, thanks to everybody, then the answers: 1) you can see my online access settings for S7 and TIA in the attached screenshot 2) yes i can can ping all the devices, no problem for that 3) on my PC is installed Sophos endpoint antivirus, i cannot disable it, only our IT manager can do it 4) windows firewall is disabled tks again guys Attachment Forum.jpg (1344 Downloads)

If yes then we know why the access is blocked and can show if sophos can configured so that noc broadcast are blocked. Regards Christoph
