Hello there! I am having identical issues here. I have TIA V13, S7-300 Firmware 3.1.1, paired to a Keyence SR1000. I have the latest GSD files, and even the sample program from Keyence. I am able to trigger the scanner, my communication works, BUT I cannot see any data incoming to the PLC whatsoever. All of my busy/error/trigger input etc signals work. I can even clear errors remotely from the PLC. I just cannot see what the scanner is reading on a successful read at all. I am matching my modules Input and Output bytes to the corresponding tags found in the tag sheet from Keyence. As far as the scanner, I factory wiped it and only put in the changes that Keyence recommends in their setup guide yet here I am. I must be missing something small yet so important that although I can talk to the scanner, I cannot receive data from it. I just don't know if it's on the PLC side or the Scanner. Any help is much appreciated! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Since it is s7-300, I cannot likely directly help with the answer. However, I know what others more s7-300 savvy will want and that's to see screenshots of the WRREC and RDREC calls to/from the SR1000. If the RDREC used to accept the data is seeing the status data coming back, is the SR1000 configured to send a specific "telegram" that includes a specific set of data after the status word (or status byte/dword)?
