TIA V15.1

AutoGen_4114044 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Good day, I am fairly new to Siemens. I have project that was done on TIA version 15 but recently downloaded TIA V15.1 but cannot open the "older" project. Someone who is familiar with Siemens said we would need to convert the project to 15.1, I just wanted to check if this is really the case or there could be something wrong with my software installation. Thank you

miami Platinum Member Joined: 8/31/2005 Last visit: 10/22/2024 Posts: 2198 Rating: (328)	Opern TIA Portal V15.1 Klick on Project > Open Navigate to the *.ap15 file of the TIA Portal V15 project and select this file The project will be updated to a TIA Portal V15.1 project The new V15.1 project can not be editited with TIA Portal V15. Or you install STEP 7 / TIA Portal V15 side by side to V15.1 and use V15 to edit the project.
