TP700 Comfort Backup with SIMATIC Pro

Hi,

There is a TP700 Comfort panel in the site which I need to reconfigure a couple of screens and runtime settings.

I have WinCC Professional V14SP1 but I am not sure what software was used to create the HMI project.

my questions are:

1- How can I backup the existing HMI project to my PC with SIMATIC ProSave? I keep getting the following error: "Downloading is not possible. The connected device type does not match the default device type."

2- When I connect TP700 Comfort HMI to my PLC, It appears online but the options under Online> HMI device maintenance cannot be selected. Any reason why?

3- If backup is possible, is it editable? can I migrate the project backup to WinCC Professional V14?

I used to to make back up by using Service and commissioning command in TP700 control panel.Here you get back up option with license key.The HMI program will be backed up to external storage device.Also restore the backup files by options there. This method is easy.Actually no need prosave to do this activity.

2) I got same problem earlier.I have opened the original HMI program and tried to go online, then it worked.Also I have done license key authorization there.

3) Prosave back up is not editable.
