Two CP443-5 in redundant mode

These CP's will located in a H- Station so each rack will have two CPsand be able to handle two ringsof profibus. I Attached a diagram. Thanks in advance. Attachment Arquitectura.pdf (412 Downloads)

Do these things in hardware config: Drop the module in the rack, create your new Profibus network, assign the card to the network. Double click on the card, which will bring up the card properties dialog box. Select the "Operating Mode" tab & select the "DP Master" radio button, et viola! HTH, Jim
