Unable to log on on OP277 6"

Oxykibo Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have a problem with the log on functionnality on an OP277 6". For 3 or 4 days, it is possible to log on, log off correctly on the HMI. And, I don't know why, at a time the log on functionnality seems not to work correctly. The user seems to be logged in but the the secured functionnalities are not allowed and the log on dialog box reappears. Even if a sufficient rights user is already logged on. The only wayI find to resolve this problem is to electrically shut down the HMI. After restart, everything is back OK. Does anybody already had that kind of problem, and in case of the affirmative, how have you solved this? Thank you.

Only the Administrator can put it back to work again. I've contacted the Siemens support and we think the HMI device is not working properly. Even if I use a user profile with administrator rights, I'm not able to access to the secured functionnalities. The HMI device will be replaced. I hope it will solve the problem. Best regards. Oxykibo
