Using key as switch or pushbutton on OP17

Now I have situation that key reacts from 0 to 1 when pressed, but when I let go key goes back to 0 (normal way that push button works....). Is it possible to use it as a switch? When I push key it goes to 1 and stays 1 untill I push it again and than it goes back to 0...
