VIPA 313sc ethernet connection

Hi all,

please - I am totally rookie with siemens (except LOGO) and I am trying to connect VIPA 313sc 5BF03 (many times used, because it is piece for learning) with my pc (TIA v13) using ethernet cable. I found few instructions how to set up PG / PC interface etc. but almost everything is in S7 5.x. But anyway...I tried to do it in TIA and I can see my unit in Accessible devices and I can assign IP address (ping is working few seconds and after that "IP address could not be assigned") but when i am trying to download program, TIA shows me "Configured access nodes of PLC_1" where is Type MPI and my choices for PG/PC interface are only MPI, Automatic protocol detection and Teleservice. Maybe i have wrong config of  PG/PC interface? You can see it in screenshots. Or I need MCC even if  power for unit is ON all the time? Again - I am totally rookie so please be gentle to my stupidity and my english too
