HelloCdrahadi, From the attached snap, it looks like communication has lost. Did you ever came across any alarm or message related with NCK battery? Please check & try by replacing NC battery, or if battery is poor or drained you may face this problem again. Also please check if you have valid NC, PLC arc data either on your system or external PG/PC. If yes, you need to clear NC/PLC data & restore back up data. Please refer attached sheets which will help you to understand NC/PLC data clear & restore procedure. Attachment810D NC PLC clear & reload proceduer.pdf (426 Downloads) |

From you picture (if you post in the 1st question-you will got answer the same day) --I know 99% you lost all parameters (NCK/PLC/drives)--You cannot read any alarm as 2 red LED's on the right side (PLC), you 100% No communication between 810D CCU to HMI, and left side SF LED on --means you lost drive parameters--off course NCK parameters all lost. AS another expert already told you, Change Battery 1st, then clean the CCU , and reload back up of NCK/PLC data from HMI to your CCU. following the sequence he attached hope you will make machine running soon and feedback here in Case your machine using MMC100.2 or PCU20, which no HDD , you may need transfer NC/PLC archive from external PC, see my attachment for those steps AttachmentData Loading through WINPCIN.pdf (376 Downloads) |
