Dear Experts, We have a siemen's servo motor for our conversion press. This servo motor drop the shell on press belt during press dwell position to stack tab on it. When we finish tab stock we have to feed new tab stock and start our threading sequence to complete the tab stock progression. when we initiate threading process, servo gear out and our thread counter set to "o". Servo gear out function only save the shell during threading process. during threading shells are not require. once threading count will reach to 89 strokes, servo gear in in fly mode start to feed the shell while machine is running. at 122 strokes press stops. this time there is a program to gear out from fly gear in and engage in zero gear in. Because fly gear in is kind of aggressive program. The issue we have is some time not always, when press stop at 122 for change of fly gearin to zero speed gear in, servo start to rotates. Servo follow the press speed throu a encoder connect to press. Tried to change all the hardware, keep away communication and encoder cables from power cables. still could not solve the issue. Any body can help me to solve this issue, i will be thankful.
