Which firmware version is in CPU S5-95F?

Do you know how to find information which firmware version is in CPU S5-95F ?

On PLC housing is information about E-stand, I'm not sure that is the equal firmware version.

Is it possible to change firmware in this kind of CPU, how to do this ?

for the firmware version of the CPU please look at the DEB1 DW40 to DW45 .There you can see the CPU-type and the firmware version.

Please look at the manual of S5-90/95 at appendix B.
There is a description of the content of DB1.

So far I know is it not possible to change the firmware of a S5-95...

The firmware could only be performed directly at Siemens (probably was changed by Siemens of the firmware PROM (EPROM)).
