While searching for accessible nodes, no devices are seen

Hi,

  I am facing issue while assigning name to profinet devices. While searching for accessible nodes, no devices are seen. But by same network i can access FB, FC, DB of same program. 

  Please help me to resolve it. Am I missing some thing or some settings to be changed in Software settings.

Please give us more information (which Version of Step7 or TIA Portal do you use?)

Which Operating System do you use?

Does other Computers have access to accessable nodes in this network?

do you use a Wifi Connection or a hardwired connection with a switch?

Do you use managed or unmanaged switches?

and so on...
