Will it be possible in V11 S7 To open all existing projects(Also with older CPU versions) and send them to the CPU?

Will it be possible in V11 S7 To open all existing projects(Also with older CPU versions) and send them to the CPU Or is this only possible with the latest CPUs [schnippschnapp] second question can be found in the following thread Is SCL really gonna be the replace STL Language(within a long time) ?. I belive, however, that the V11 will support most of the CPU versions, but not all. I think that is not a "technical limitation",but a "marketing desition".
