WinCC Flexible project unable to be opened

Enclosed is the error screenshot for your reference. The error says "The project was created with an incompatible or beta version of WinCC Flexible. It was last opened with (B 1.4 SP 1.0 (1.17.3)). Open the project with a valid WinCC flexible version. If it was a beta version, use the official release version." Kindly suggest on getting this issue fixed of those who have solved similar issue or experts plz help. Attachment Error message while opening.JPG (1316 Downloads)

Was this HMI-project created by Chinese developer? Because there is WinCC Flexible 2008 SP4 but only for the Chinese market. In my expirience, there was a similar problem. With help of our Chinese colleagues, I used SP4 CHINA to convert the project version to SP3 using "Save as version...".

Realmente estoy necesitando resolver esto que me tiene frenado hace mucho tiempo y me complica la situación con mi cliente. Una vez mas te pido especial ayuda en convertirlo rápidamente para poder avanzar con este grave problema. Nose como hacer por este foro, en todo caso te mando por mensaje privado o mandame vos, un correo donde yo pueda enviar el proyecto que pesa unos 22 megas. Aguardo tu respuestam mil gracias!
